New way of payment Required !!!!

Since i cannot use paypal at the moment and in the next close future ..i was wondering what are the chances , that a new way of payment to be implemented , such as PaySafe that is a verry common way of payments used by a lots of online games and servers , i don't have now a credit card to use it for paypal , at the moment i dont live in my country , and i do not fulfill the requirements to acces soon a credit card that i can use it to deposit money and finaly to be posible for me to use paypal, so i want to charge money but i cannot make it with paypal . i wait for an answer ASAP.

Only PayPal is now used (and many kind of credit card also junior).

well...the problem is that i cannot access any card here, where i am now ( maybe there is another way of payment , i just cannot make it with paypal or any card right now and i dont know when i can have a chance to get one ..might be soon or never ,it about the policy of country that i have to meet some requirements in order to aquire a card or bank account hopefully i think that there is a solution
