When using teleportaion I have this game, or hang teleportal and have to restart the game, what should I do?

I did what you said, but it did not help me, still hangs in teleportation and love the game.

Again I did what you said, but I still freezes the game and I it shuts down about every hour I have to restart the game, how do I resolve this issue?
