Game doesn't start new overlay / layout (WIN 11)

Hello,
As some of you might know, in order to take part in special events (war, battle royale etc) you need to use the updated interface / layout/ overlay. However, when i select it, the game won't start. I have tried activating pre-patch, using vulkan, starting in windowed mode, using win 7 compatibility mode and still it WON'T WORK.
I suppose it is because i am using windows 11 but i don't understand why the new interface doesn't work, but the old one does.
ANY TIPS?
TLDR: Game starts on old interface (abilities right side) but not on the newer one (abilites left-right). Windows 11 Laptop
