Service Offline - Incident in Strasbourg Datacenter

An incident has occurred at 00.42 in Strasbourg DC.

The network in several server rooms is currently offline so it isn't possible to connect at the moment to the game servers of P4Story.

Update:
A fire completely destroyed the Datacenter SBG2 during the night.
All servers in SBG2 are lost (30000+ servers destroyed by fire).
We are activating new servers to restore the service (due to high demand this could require a couple of days).
All player data is save.You will not lose any item after the servers are back online!
