[+] Halloween Event

- Halloween event starts!
> Some NPCs appeared in the Harmony Plain in Tebekut.
- Pumpkins monsters will appears in every map of the Open World (except dungeons and documents), included Eopar.
> The circus has arrived in Iberia but Joker has some problems...
- Complete the Halloween quests to receive the joker's costume ( 30D ) and a permanent unique rune.
- Eopar: new Halloween theme!
- The broom mount is available in the game shop for a limited time!


Misc

- A fix has been applied to the popup of group in BR ranking.
- Throwing pumpkins is now permitted (except TW zones).
- It is no longer possible to send a party guild invitation to a player in bow.
